
March 31, 2021 – A Bristol Township man is accused of a slew of sexual offenses related to his attempt at trying to entice an apparent child into performing sexual acts. Jonathan Savino, 21, of Bristol Township section of Levittown, was arrested by Bensalem Township authorities leading to a sting set up by their detectives to bring Savino into custody today.
Savino has been charged and arraigned [by] on the following charge(s): Criminal Attempt – Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse w/ A Child, Criminal Attempt – Unlawful Contact With Minor, Dissemination of Explicit Sexual Material (Minor), Criminal Attempt – Corruption Of Minors, Criminal Use Of Communication Facility, Criminal Attempt – Indecent Assault of a Minor less than 13-years-old.
Bensalem Township officers with assistance from special agents at the FBI’s Fort Washington/Ambler’s branch office arrested Savino Wednesday around 10am in the parking lot of the Neshaminy Mall. The meeting was arranged through the on-line app “Addchat”. Savino arrived on location with money and an unopened bottle of Malibu Coconut Rum and was met by undercover detectives who took him into custody.
He was arraigned by Bensalem Township District Judge Joseph Falcone around 1:30pm this afternoon and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10% of $750,000 bail.
